IBL are thrilled to have worked with Creative Lighting Asia (CLA) on the inspiring Longtime Restaurant in Canggu, Bali.
The Brief
Transform a heritage building into a vibrant bar and restaurant that captures the charm of a mid-century modern vacation home infused with the energy of Bali's nightlife.
The Challenge
Create lighting that could adapt to Longtime's many moods—from bright, welcoming daytime spaces to the intimate, mischievous glow of evenings.
Conceived as a love letter to Asian cuisine and the magic of a perfect dinner party, Longtime needed to seamlessly flow from al fresco aperitifs to after-dinner cocktails and spinning tunes into the wee hours.
The lighting design creates this seamless transformation, allowing one space to tell multiple stories throughout the day —exactly what exceptional hospitality demands.
